About Business Travel Monthly

Business Travel Monthly returning in hard-copy in 2010

From February 2008 to November 2009 Business Travel Monthly has been published in digital format. To view the most recent issue please click here.

However, having listened to feedback from our readers, we have decided to revert to a hard-copy publication in 2010. This will mean that we will be ceasing to publish the "free access" digital version of the magazine.

Who can receive Business Travel Monthly?

Anybody with an interest in managing business travel either from a buyer or supplier perspective. To receive a "complimentary copy" of the magazine you must be a "buyer"* of business travel on behalf of your organisation and be registered with BTTB. To register as buyer please click here.

Suppliers must be paid subscribers to receive the magazine in hard-copy. BTTB provide two different subscription options to suppliers depending on the depth of content and resources they wish to access. For details click here

*Buyers - BTTB define buyers as those people responsible for the procurement, policy, management or arrangement of business travel on behalf of their organiation. Usually these roles will be found in procurement, administration, finance or HR departments.

Publishing Schedule

From 2010 Business Travel Monthly will be published quarterly in April, July and October. The BTTB Yearbook (incorporating Business Travel Monthly) will continue to be published in hard-copy, distributed in January each year.

About the Magazine

BTTB Marketing Pty Ltd launched Business Travel Monthly into the Australian and New Zealand (Australasian) markets in October 1999 and has since gone from strength to strength, providing vital information and advice to those people responsible for managing their organizations travel and entertainment expenditure. Originally published monthly - hence the name - Business Travel Monthly has been published on a bi-monthly basis since the start of 2004.

Over the years, BTTB has developed a number of other services for the travel management community. One of the most visible add-on services is the very successful BTTB business travel conferences held annually in Australia and New Zealand.

BTTB Business Travel Monthly was launched into a market crying out for arm's length information and advice. The publication is committed to keeping business travel buyers informed about the vital issues associated with managing their organisations' business travel. Like most other professionals, business travel buyers need to keep pace with today's changing business environment if they are to be effective. Not only do they need to know what is going on in their own country, but they also need to keep an eye on the latest development in other markets. This is why in each edition we provide regular coverage of the widest range of issues, development and business travel news from around the region and around the world.

BTM is written and edited by professional journalists and editors, while enjoying substantial industry support. Guest columnists, always hands-on experts drawn from the industry, add invaluable insider insight into the complexities of travel procurement and management..
