David Caldwell
David Caldwell is head of Groups, Events & Corporate Leisure (Australia & New Zealand) at American Express Business Travel. Leading the groups and events team, he drives business growth, providing end-to-end meeting and event management solutions for American Express’ managed business travel client portfolio. Caldwell worked for Rosenbluth International from 2000 to 2004 in supplier relations, consulting and business development roles, culminating in his appointment as Director, Business Development, Global Corporate Travel Sales with American Express.
 
 
Michael Chase-Smith
Michael Chase-Smith is Managing Director of World Travel Professionals. He has a background of 28 years in technology with 19 years focussed on the travel and airline industry. During the last 15 years, Michael has held senior management positions
with major corporations in the Australian travel industry including
Travelscene American Express and Sabre Pacific.
 
Joseph Friedman
Joseph Friedman is the founder and President of Bidstork.com.  Joe was previously one of the founding members of RFPexpress and after its acquisition, served as Vice President of Sales for seven years. Joe founded Bidstork to provide an easy and affordable hotel tendering system.
 
Mario Hardy
Mario Hardy is Vice President, Asia Pacific for OAG Worldwide. Based at OAG’s regional headquarters in Singapore, he leads OAG’s business across the Asia Pacific region which includes offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Tokyo. Mario has more than 23 year's professional expertise in the travel industry. 
 
Tony O'Connor
Tony O'Connor is the founder and Managing Director of Butler Caroye, the region's foremost independent travel management consultancy and travel buyers' advocate. He specialises in travel procurement, internal process improvement, and supply chain management, taking a holistic value-based approach.
 
Brad Osborn
Brad Osborn is Director, Travel Management, in the Australian Department of Defence, a role he has held since January 2006. Before that, he spent two years as director of Defence’s Travel Improvement Project (TRIP). He has worked on a number of process reform projects, with a strong emphasis on vendor management and internal expense systems.
 
Jamie Pherous
Jamie Pherous is managing director of Corporate Travel Management, Australia’s largest privately owned TMC. He founded CTM after his experiences as a traveling corporate customer, continually frustrated at the lack of knowledge and advice, and the call centre mentality of the larger TMCs in the industry.
 
Dorina Santos
Dorina Santos has been involved in procurement for several years and in 2002 took over the management of the NSW Government Air Travel contracts worth in excess of $60million.  Since joining Cyberlynx, Dorina has managed the travel contracts (including Rental cars, TMC, Accommodation and air travel) and contract management for various organisations such as Woolworths, Promina, Unilever and Lion Nathan.
 
Richard Savva
Richard Savva is Chief Executive Officer of Voyager Travel. He joined the mid-market TMC from the now-defunct Rosenbluth, where he was Director of Sales and General Manager. Previously, he headed up the BAE Systems account for Rosenbluth, with a dedicated on-site travel office employing 62 people.
 
Phil Smith
A passionate environmental campaigner, Climate Friendly consultant Phil Smith has worked in a variety of marketing and development roles within the not-for-profit sector over the past decade. He now helps drive the transition towards a clean energy future.
 
Johnny Thorsen
Johnny Thorsen is co-founder of mobile technology company conTgo (content on the go). He is a veteran in the travel technology industry, with more than 20 years of experience, during which he has held senior positions with companies such as GetThere, Travelport, HRG and CWT.
 
Kelley Wacher 
Kelley Wacher is Director of Corporate Sales for Accor nationally. She brings a wealth of experience after more than 22 years in the hospitality and travel industry, and was most recently the Director of Sales of Toga Hospitality. 
 
Martin Warner
As Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific, Martin Warner has overall responsibility for Carlson Wagonlit Travel in the region. He also supervises the CWT Partners Network. Based in Singapore, he is a member of the global executive team. As executive vice president, Global Account Solutions, from 2005-07, he oversaw global sales and account management, as well as the CWT Solutions Group, the company’s global travel management consulting division.
